Exchange Policy

All of our products are made to the highest standards and we hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy for whatever reason, we offer strictly an exchange (no refunds) of the goods provided they are returned to us within 14 days (Singapore) / 28 days (International) of your order. 

FREE Local Exchange (Singapore)

We offer FREE Local Exchange for both ways for local orders within Singapore only. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days upon receiving your parcel. Alternatively, you can head down to our physical store at The Cathay and we will be happy to assist you with your exchange. Our address and opening hours are as follows:

Opening hours: 1:00pm – 9:30pm daily

 

Overseas Exchange (International)

Currently, we do not offer free exchanges for international orders. International customers must arrange their own deliveries, as well as bear full financial responsibility for the delivery both ways. 

Any import duties, customs fees, and taxes that may apply to the shipment are to be paid by the user at the time of delivery.

 

Exchange Terms and Guidelines

Products must be unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resealable conditions. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Similarly, all items that were originally received wrongly (e.g wrong size/colour) or with manufacturer’s defects are also available for exchange. Please contact our Customer Service Team at infochotahouse@gmail.com with further details, and we will gladly arrange a free exchange (both local & international) upon further inspection.

How to request an exchange?

You can fill up the exchange form here with your order number and email address. You will then receive an email from our customer service team giving you further instructions on how to exchange your item(s). If you require assistance, our customer service email address is infochotahouse@gmail.com. Please ensure your item(s) is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined above.
